By accessing or using Aila, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Aila is a personalized audio and reflection product. The service may include onboarding, personalized scripts, audio playback, saved rituals, journaling, proof entries, vision-board notes, affirmations, and subscription-gated features.

2. Eligibility And Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must provide accurate information when using the service.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

3. Subscriptions And Billing

Paid access may be offered through Apple in-app purchases. Subscription pricing, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled through your Apple account under Apple's terms and policies.

We do not control Apple refund decisions. If you need billing help, contact Apple Support or email us at support@ailamanifest.com with account context so we can help identify the subscription.

4. Generated Content

Personalized scripts, audio, reflections, and related outputs may vary based on the information you provide and the systems used to generate them. You are responsible for deciding how to use generated content, and you may not use it in ways that violate law, third-party rights, or these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

No unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful use of the service.
No attempts to interfere with platform security, availability, or reliability.
No scraping, automation abuse, or unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
No misuse of generated content in ways that violate law or third-party rights.
No submitting content you do not have the right to provide.

6. Wellness Disclaimer

Aila is intended as a personal wellness and reflection product. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice, and it does not guarantee outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

The service, website, software, branding, and product materials are owned by Aila or its licensors. You may use the service only as permitted by these terms.

You retain responsibility for the personal content you provide. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, generate, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.

8. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account through the app or by contacting support@ailamanifest.com. Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or billing reasons.

9. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, or material violations of these terms.

10. Disclaimer Of Warranties And Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or any specific personal result from using the service.

11. Changes To The Service Or Terms

We may update the service or these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
